Pickling

3 large jars & 1 small jar of beets/beetroot pickled! Yes, they are from my garden. :)

Also, brotherselwynn... I have 2 large jars of honey for you to make mead with. It was uncapped so wont store the way finished honey will, I have it in the fridge for you.

In about 3 weeks or so yes! That's how long the recipe said to leave them.
